Vegan Pizza

Vegan, vegetarian, low-carb,

Crust:

  • 1 cup cooked, shredded cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 ½ tbsp Italian herbs
  • 2tsp parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pinch of caraway seed
  • ½ cup of nutritional yeast flakes

Topping:

  • 3tbsp tomato paste mixed with 1 clove garlic
  • Green Olives
  • Marinated artichokes
  • Baby spinach
  • Nutritional yeast

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 230 degrees Celsius
  • Combine crust ingredients except the Italian herbs
  • Scoop onto tray and flatten into a crust.
  • Sprinkle with Italian herbs
  • Place in oven 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove and allow to cool
  • Add tomato paste and toppings.
  • Place under high grill to warm.
  • Enjoy!

    And buy egg in this vegan pizza, do you mean animal product, chicken egg. Or, egg replacement?
